Obituary: Victoria Arlene Crump

Victoria Arlene Crump, 52, died Saturday, April 14, 2018, at the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice Center of Via Christi Regional Medical Center-St. Francis Campus in Wichita.

She was born on Dec. 4, 1965, in Newton, the daughter of Wiley and Arlene Crump. Victoria was a lifelong resident of Newton, graduating from Newton High School.

She was a longtime member of the Second Baptist Church and had worked at Northview,

Rescare and the Goodwill Store.

Survivors include her son Alvin Matthew Prince and daughter Kanitra Reatha Crump, both of Wichita; brother Kenneth Crump and wife Judi of Newton; four grandchildren, Durante Crump, Asia and Tasia Carter, and CyNiyah Hines; and her companion Cecil Prince of Newton.

Victoria was preceded in death by her parents; brother Charles Ray Crump; sister Mary Ann Crump; and granddaughter AzhaNae Marie French.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2018, at the Second Baptist Church in Newton. Private inurnment will be at the Greenwood Cemetery in Newton.
