Tina M. Bulington, 55, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021 at NMC Health, Newton, Kansas.

HALSTEAD—Tina M. Bulington, 55, died Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021 at NMC Health, Newton, Kansas.

She was born Aug. 31, 1966 at Farmers Branch, Texas to Charles “Chuck” and Margie (Davis) James.

She was a Halstead resident since 2011 and was a member of Crossroads Church.

She was a deputy city clerk for the City of Halstead before becoming a full-time caregiver.

On March 17, 2012 she married Mark S. Bulington at Wichita. He survives of the home.

She is also survived by son: Colton (Kate) Brock and granddaughter Gracie, Halstead; daughter: Randilynn Wacker, Sedgwick; mother Margie James, Halstead and sister: Katie (Bill) Willis; Shell Knob, Missouri.

Tina was a giver who loved people through acts of service, cooking, baking and sewing. She volunteered her time to Meals on Wheels, as well as becoming a wedding officiant to help couples start their new life.

She was a co-organizer of Sew It Forward providing quilts to families who had lost everything due to a fire. Tina considered the quilt a warm hug to the families restarting their lives after tragedies.

She was funny and loved to laugh and lift others spirits.

A memorial service is pending and will be held Crossroads Church with Pastor Terry Ullum officiating.
