HESSTON—Raymond Hiebert was born July 4, 1927, to Albert and Eva Hiebert. He married Elsie Dieck on March 14, 1952. Raymond died on March 5, 2018.
Ray was a loving husband to Elsie of Hesston; father of three daughters Janet Kennedy of Overland Park, Patricia (Doug) Smythe of Tulsa, Okla., and Barbara Hiebert of Salina; grandfather; great-grandfather; uncle; carpenter; farmer; college professor; business entrepreneur; traveler; and prankster.
Inurnment will be at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, March 10, at First Mennonite Cemetery, rural Moundridge, followed by services at 11 a.m. at First Mennonite Church of Christian in Moundridge.
Arrangements are by Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, Newton.
