WICHITA—Jeni Lee Bruce, 45, died Nov. 18, 2021 at Wichita, Kansas.
She was born July 3, 1976 at Hutchinson to Jerome T. and Patricia Ann (Daines) Bruce.
She worked as a traveling CNA for Cascade Health Services Wichita.
She was a former Burrton resident before moving to Wichita four years ago.
She graduated from Burrton High School and earned an Associate Degree from Cowley College for cosmetology and an Associate Degree from Hutchinson Community College as a CNA.
She enjoyed camping and spending time with her nieces and nephews and her two little monsters Aubrey and Grayson.
She chose to be an organ donor so that others may live.
She is survived by her parents: J.B. and Patty Bruce, Burrton; sisters: Jeri (Rory) King, Ewa Beach, Hawaii; Joni (Chad) Considine Halstead; nieces and nephews: Colton, Kassi, Riley (fiancee’ Ashley Haas), and Alison King, Callie, Carson, Clayton and Carolina Considine.
She was preceded in death by grandparents Leon “Cotton” and Kathleen Daines and Earl “Hap” and Leila Brown.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21, 2021 and memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 22, 2021, both at Cavalry Chapel, Hutchinson. Pastor Luke Helmuth will officiate.
Memorials may be given to Calvary Chapel, 1400 N. Adams Hutchinson, KS 67501 in care of Kaufman Funeral Home, Halstead.
