For Harvey County Now
A road sealing project is expected to start Friday, June 25, beginning on Northeast 60th Street from U.S. Highway 50 east to the Harvey-Marion county line.
Upon completion, the project will move into the City of Sedgwick, sealing North Commercial Avenue, Fern Street, Fern Court and North Fern Circle.
Additional areas to be sealed include Ridge Road from U.S. 50 to Northwest 10 th Street, as well as Dutch Avenue from North Hesston Road to K-15. The sealing projects on Ridge and Dutch are the second and final applications in the cape seal process.
Traffic will be controlled with flaggers and a pilot car. Scheduling and progress are contingent upon weather.
The sealing projects will be completed by Vance Brothers.
