NEWTON—A juvenile person was hit by a red Ford F150 on Friday morning in Newton.
The truck vs. pedestrian accident happened at around 7 a.m. April 1 at a crosswalk at 12th and Main Streets, according to a Newton Police Department report.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries and was transported to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
The police department could not release the name of the truck driver or the pedestrian.
