Harvey County confirms six new cases of COVID-19

The Harvey County Health Department has confirmed six new cases of COVID-19 in Harvey
County.

Cases include a woman in her 70s, a woman in her 40s, and three girls and a boy in their teens. The teens are all listed as close contacts of known active cases.
All of the above individuals are in home isolation. The Health Department will regularly monitor
the health of the individuals, as well as follow up on all close contacts.
Harvey County has had 287 COVID-19 cases to date, including 281 confirmed and six probable
cases. There are 17 known active cases in Harvey County. One individual remains hospitalized.
There have been 4,415 tests for COVID-19 conducted in Harvey County.
As of today, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment confirmed 41,048 cases of
COVID-19 in the state to date, including 2,278 hospitalizations and 443 deaths. The KDHE
reported 403,147 completed tests in Kansas.
