Spending stagnation not just Harvey County problem

By Adam Strunk   Since 2010, Harvey County growth in sales tax revenues has been pretty consistent. Revenues grew each year up until 2015. Twenty out of 24 quarters saw growth on collections. Harvey County did its part to climb out of the recession, as did everywhere else. One cent of sales tax went from the collection of $4.04 million in the county in 2010
