School board discusses bond election

By Ray Strunk The Newton School District is moving ahead with its next bond issue, but not with a firm timeline. After more than an hour and a half of discussion during it’s twice a month meeting Monday, the BOE could not come up with a schedule for the bond issue. The board eventually decided to move ahead with the bond process without the timeline,
