Resident lets commission hear it over driver’s license dissatisfaction

Dwight Kinzer of Sedgwick claims to be a fifth generation Harvey County resident. He spoke to the county commission Monday to express his displeasure at having to make three trips and spend five hours at the county’s drivers license office, having the sheriff’s office called on him and being told to “pack up and leave” the county by the county treasurer. Kinzer outlined his experience
