That’s what Jessie Kaye, president and CEO of Prairie View, told Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer during his visit to Prairie View in Newton on Thursday. Prairie View employs close to 350 people and treats more than 12,000 patients across the state. Nearly half of these patients are uninsured or underinsured. Last year,
