By Wendy Nugent Newton Now   As Jean-Luc Picard and James Tiberius Kirk said at the beginning of the TV show “Star Trek,” “Space, the final frontier.” Working to help reach that frontier is one Newton High School graduate Jacob Bartel credits the school with launching him toward. Bartel works with a space exploration program as part of SpaceX, a company with headquarters in California
