Ed Flora, who lives in rural Harvey County south of Newton and is a rural Newton native, saw a type of battle zone that’s of the Kansas variety. An F5-enhanced tornado destroyed the town of Greensburg, making it look like a war zone, and there were at least 13 casualties. The
