By Wendy Nugent, Newton Now During the Fourth of July, many folks like to set off fireworks. Numerous stands in Newton recently sold the annual noisemakers where various groups raise funds. Although many enjoy fireworks, some don’t as they can startle soldiers with PTSD and frighten animals, causing the animals to possibly run away from home. As of Thursday, June 28, the Caring Hands Humane Society
